Return & Exchange Policy

A replacement will be issued for any items you may receive that are damaged or do not match the item description on the website.

If a product is damaged during delivery or if there is an issue with your order please ensure to notify us within 48 hours upon receiving the product. Please ensure to hold onto all contents of the delivery including the box itself. Contents and the delivery box are required to file a damage claim.

Please send an e-mail to with a photo of the damage or concern.

If an item is needed to be returned, the return must take place within 7 working days from the day of request. We will advise if a return is needed or if replacement part will be shipped out

Refunds and replacements will not be given due to incidental ordering or for simply wanting to return your product. Due to our products being fragile, exchanges are not allowed.

If a refund is granted it will only be applied to the original method of payment.

We provided full details and measurements for each product. It is the customers responsibility to measure their storage space or drawer to ensure the items will fit their space prior to ordering.

All return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. If returning an item, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

If sending a return back from the US, please write on package RETURN/NO DUTIES - must ship package via LOCAL government postal service

(i.e. USPS for United States, Canada Post for Canadian orders)
